Youth

Our youth group is currently based in Stellenbosch area where many of our young people attend university.  They meet regularly for fellowship and Bible studies, and often participate musically in our services.

St. Thomas Helping Hands

There are many people in our community and surrounds who struggle with daily living so our Helping Hands ministry endeavours to help in a small way.

Items of clothing, furniture, non-perishable foods and whatever items can be used to make a living can be brought to the church on a Sunday morning

Paul wrote in Galations 2 : 10: “All they asked was that we should continue to remember the poor, the very thing I was eager to do.”

Advent wreath fundraiser

Our Advent wreaths have become extremely popular over the last few years. Made from foliage and seeds in the German tradition by our dedicated ladies, they are an important part of Advent, a time of preparation for Christmas.

Details for ordering for Christmas 2025 will be posted in November 2025.

Easter egg fundraiser

We began Easter egg sales this year as a trial project, and the tremendous success means that we’ll expand it in 2026 for sales outside of the congregation.

A lovely Saturday afternoon of fellowship and crafting!
